Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the HR & Administration team in day-to-day operations. The role will focus on general administrative duties, including handling levy waiver claims, invoice verification, document filing, and HR system updates.

Responsibilities

• Submit monthly levy waiver claims accurately and ensure timely processing to support financial compliance
• Verify and reconcile invoices from labour suppliers to maintain financial accuracy and control
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic document filing systems for easy retrieval and record keeping
• Update and maintain employee records in the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Responsibilities :

• Daily Site Walks: Conducting "rounds" to check for facility defects (e.g., leaking pipes, flickering lights, cracked tiles, or faulty door handles).

• Vendor Escort: Meeting external contractors (cleaners, lift technicians, or pest control) and ensuring they have access to the areas they need to service.

• Utility Monitoring: Recording meter readings (water/electricity) and ensuring that air-conditioning or lighting schedules are being followed to save costs.

• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that fire escape routes are kept clear of clutter and that fire extinguishers are in their designated spots.

• Reporting: Documenting issues in a simple logbook or digital app for the Facilities Manager to take action on.

Requirements :

• GCE 'N'/'O' Level/ITE with at least 2 years of relevant experience

ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Handle basic accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, and payment process
