Responsibilities :
Daily Site Walks: Conducting "rounds" to check for facility defects (e.g., leaking pipes, flickering lights, cracked tiles, or faulty door handles).
Vendor Escort: Meeting external contractors (cleaners, lift technicians, or pest control) and ensuring they have access to the areas they need to service.
Utility Monitoring: Recording meter readings (water/electricity) and ensuring that air-conditioning or lighting schedules are being followed to save costs.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring that fire escape routes are kept clear of clutter and that fire extinguishers are in their designated spots.
Reporting: Documenting issues in a simple logbook or digital app for the Facilities Manager to take action on.
Requirements :
GCE 'N'/'O' Level/ITE with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Able to commit for 12 hours duties (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), 2 Days Work/2 Days Off (including weekends and public holidays as per roster)
