Technical Project Manager
(Corporate Systems Ecosystem comprising of Finance, Procurement, Human Resource)
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to maintain current applications and to actively develop, identify and execute identify new opportunities as we design, develop tools that enhance the Corporate Systems Ecosystem comprising of Finance, Procurement, Human Resource. Partnering with Project Managers, Business analysts and Engineering, you will tackle our existing and new impactful problems, influencing the overall area’s strategy for both the short and long term.

Your core responsibilities will be to:
• To manage and oversee a small team on multiple projects delivery and/Proof of concept experimentation.
• in terms of stakeholder engagement, vendor management, progress reporting, governance mgt in terms of risk, audits, security, financial and procurement compliance for existing systems.
• Familiarity in Govtech Techstack products and procedures i.e. Ship/hats, Authentication products, Hosting environments GCC, IM8, SaaS
• Fluent with in trend technologies and platform i.e. AI, Ms Power Platform, Saas etc and if required, need to be able to drive senior user engagements and recommend suitable solutions to address user problem statements with product mindset.
[What we are looking for]
• At least 6 years in project management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic and hands-on work that have led to implemented product/systems.
• Strong initiative, go setter and follow through for positive outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive projects with good team spirit, excellent communication skills in terms of writing and presentation is a must as PM will have to work seamlessly with cross functional teams, senior stakeholders for buy in, and vendors (if required).
• Strategic thinker (Strong analytical skills with ability to handle ambiguity) and proven ability to drive strategic initiatives.
• Working experience in Government ICT environment will be preferred.
• Advantageous to have domain knowledge in terms of corporate systems – Financial Systems, Record/knowledge management, Procurement Systems, HR.
• Strong sense of ownership over your work, ability to run independently while believing deeply in collaboration, a strong sense of initiative, and a comfort with navigating ambiguity, and comfort in challenging the status quo when it benefits our users to do so.
• Advantageous if you have hands on experience in implementing digital transformation/AI initiatives for Govt Corporate Systems.
