Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rate, traffic, AOV, customer acquisition cost, and retention metrics.
Lead business development initiatives, including identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic planning and positioning.
Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and product assortment based on data insights.
Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and dashboards for senior management decision-making.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
