- Coordinate pre-site work and on-site activities with project teams
- Report to Project Manager/Director on project progress, schedule, and delivery
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality expectations
- Coordinate quotations, negotiations, and client communication
- Lead office renovation teams and build sales channels
- Liaise with landlords, management, and clients
- Maintain safety and working procedures
- Handle project submissions and interior work processes
- Conduct sales presentations and customer visits
- Coordinate subcontractors and workers for renovation projects
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in renovation, project management, and facilities management
- Proficient in office interior and renovation projects
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other relevant software
