• Identify and establish new revenue streams, including cross-border trading opportunities for ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• Lead client acquisition initiatives targeting industrial clients, traders, and international buyers
• Build and manage long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners
• Conduct in-depth market analysis on global pricing trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing structures, contracts, and trade terms to optimize profitability and manage risk exposure
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure efficient execution of trade transactions and fulfillment processes
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue targets, implementing corrective strategies where necessary
• Represent the company in international trade activities, including business meetings, industry events, and partnership negotiations
• Drive continuous improvement in business processes, sales strategies, and customer engagement models
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in international trade and commodity transactions

Requirements

• Degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, commodity trading, or metal recycling industry
• Proven experience in global trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• Strong understanding of commodity pricing, market trends, and supply chain dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value contracts and international clients
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial decision-making skills
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in operations, logistics, and finance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
