Responsibilities:
A. Full Spectrum HumanResource Management
1. Manage full HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, workpass applications/renewals, and performance management.
2. Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
3. Administer employee benefits, compensation, insurance, and securitybonds.
4. Handle onboarding, offboarding, and internship arrangements.
5. Manage HR-related grants and claims.
6. Maintain employee records and support general HR administration.
B. Full Set Accounting &Finance (Including Audit Support)
1. Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR),Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger.
2. Perform month-end and year-ed closing, including journal entries andreconciliations.
3. Process payments, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.
4. Prepare management reports and financial schedules.
5. Support statutory audit and year-end audit preparation, includingprovision of required documents and schedules.
6. Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audit and regulatoryrequirements.
C. Administration, ISO &Compliance
1. Provide general office administration support.
2. Manage corporate and vehicle insurance matters.
3. Oversee dormitory-related administration.
4. Handle construction-related licences and regulatory compliance matters.
5. Support ISO (Quality Management System) documentation, maintenance, andaudit preparation.
6. Assist in internal and external ISO audits and ensure compliance withISO procedures.
Requirements:
1. Minimumdiploma in human resource and accountancy or equivalent.
2. At least2-3 years or relevant working experience with SME.
3. Have aneye for details, diligent and meticulous.
4. Goodnegotiation and interpersonal skills.
5. Resourceful.
6. Able tomulti-task in a challenging environment.
7. Able towork independently and yet contribute as a team player.
8. Pleasantdisposition with positive attitude.
9. Able tocommence work within short notice.
10. 5 days work week.
