Objective
Perform sales activities to achieve agreed targets in line with overall strategy
What are you going to do
· Achieve sales targets and execute strategic sales plans and budgets.
· Identify growth opportunities, and expand account penetration.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and management in assigned accounts.
· Drive client retention through consistent engagement, proactive service, and long‑term partnership development.
· Understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value‑adding solutions.
· Prepare accurate, timely quotations and follow up proactively to accelerate sales closures.
· Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.
· Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and commercial outcomes.
· Maintain full compliance with internal sales systems, processes, and record‑keeping requirements.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine account strategies.
Who are you
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Diploma holder and Bachelor Degree
· Can-Do attitude and Strong in communication and negotiation skills.
· Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role, often requiring 3–5+ years.
· Able and fit to travel, potentially Asean region – Vietnam, Indonesia and etc, approximately 30%
· Ability to handle excel work filé ( Vlookup, pivot table)
· B2B experience. Independent, fast learner
· Outgoing person, ability to communicate and work with internal and external stakeholders(multinational stakeholders), customers and suppliers
· Export sales experience is a plus
