Responsibilities
· Apply foundational security and compliance concepts to support secure system operations
· Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ForgeRock Identity and Access Management solutions on UNIX/Linux platforms to ensure system reliability and security
· Administer Linux/UNIX systems and provide production support for applications on Red Hat Linux and Windows environments
· Deploy, configure, and manage JBoss EAP and WebSphere Application Servers, including application deployments and domain clustering
· Administer IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment (WAS ND) versions 8.5 and 9.0 across Linux, Windows, and AIX servers to maintain operational stability
· Provide Level 2 support for application security in the banking sector, focusing on Identity Access Management, Virtual Token System, and Token Management System within digital banking platforms
· Perform application restarts for microservices and ForgeRock products during maintenance and incident resolution to minimize downtime
· Analyze and debug logs related to user identity, access, and token issues, delivering root cause analysis to improve system performance and security
· Implement Identity and Access Management solutions using ForgeRock products to enhance security posture
· Utilize DevOps practices with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes to streamline deployment and management
· Oversee security systems including production, staging, ITIM, and database servers by monitoring server replication, reviewing logs daily, and troubleshooting errors to ensure continuous operation
· Use modern CI/CD tools to automate delivery pipelines and improve deployment efficiency
· Install, configure, and administer web servers including Apache 2.0 and IBM HTTP Server 8.5 to support application hosting
· Create and customize virtual machines by cloning existing VMs and deploying from templates to meet infrastructure needs
· Monitor and debug Linux OS performance issues to maintain optimal system functionality
· Deploy patches, upgrades, and bug fixes on physical and virtual Red Hat Linux servers using YUM server to maintain system security and stability
· Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, security checks, and daily system health assessments to ensure service availability
· Monitor systems proactively to guarantee server and service availability for customers
· Manage change, service requests, and incident processes using CA Tools to maintain IT service quality and compliance
· Implement, configure, and deploy new patches, upgrades, bug fixes on both physical and virtual Redhat Linux servers using YUM server.
· Identity and access management (IAM) review of new technologies, designs, and remediation planning efforts
· Support critical applications like IAM(Identity Access Management), VTS(Virtual Token System), TMS(Token
Management System) in Digital Banking Platform
· Installation, configuration and administration of DR site setup.
· Provide support on a 24x7 Productions and Non production Environment.
· Good communication skills and ability to Plan, Organize and Lead Projects.
· Excellent problem resolution and communication skills with ability to work under pressure to deliver.
