Job Title: Executive, Information Technology
Job Responsibilities
· Provide technical support to end-users’ computer and peripheral issues locally/remotely.
· Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the existing network (LAN, WAN, firewall, switch),storages, servers and virtualization infrastructure.
· Responsible for end users’ software, hardware installation, configuration, updating and troubleshooting.
· Perform routine maintenance and patching on servers, network and computers after office hours as instructed by senior IT personnel.
· Monitor antivirus, firewall, data protection, backup alerts and take necessary actions.
· Provide level 1 software support for Hospital Management System, Radiology Information Systems and others.
· Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures as informed by HR.
· IT asset management.
· Maintain the IT policies and ensuring IT Security Compliance across the organization.
· Administer Microsoft365.
· Participate in all IT projects, providing assistance to senior IT personnel to ensure successful implementation
· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements
· Self-initiative, have good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
· Able to work flexibly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Understand the necessity of after office hour support.
· Diploma in Information Technology or 1 - 3 years of related experiences.
· Must have knowledge and experiences in Windows operating system, computer troubleshooting, networking and system administration, virtualization and backup technologies and cybersecurity practices.
· Must be familiar with common protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, SMB etc.)
· Having CCNA, CompTIA or Microsoft365 certifications will be considered as advantage.
