Job Description:
Mathnasium is a globalmaths only learning franchise with over 1,000 centres worldwide. In Singapore,our centres at Forum (Orchard Road) and i12 Katong serve a growing base ofstudents from Kindergarten to Sec 3.
We are seeking a MarketingExecutive to lead and scale our marketing efforts as we continue to grow. Thisis a commercially focused role centred on driving enrolment through effectivemarketing strategy, execution, and optimisation. The role works closely withCentre Directors and reports to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Growth
· Develop and execute a clear marketing strategy focused on leadgeneration, conversion, and retention
· Allocate and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on return oninvestment
· Identify and prioritise the most effective growth channels
Digital Marketing
· Plan and optimise campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email
· Manage external agencies where relevant
· Improve lead-to-enrolment conversion through structured funnelmanagement
Brand and Positioning
· Develop a strong understanding of the Mathnasium brand and ensureconsistent positioning across all channels
· Maintain high-quality and consistent messaging across digital andoffline touchpoints
· Tailor messaging to different segments (e.g. international vs localschool parents)
Content and Execution
· Oversee development of marketing materials including website content,brochures, and digital assets
· Work with centres to ensure consistent and effective local execution
· Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives
Analytics and Performance
· Track and analyse key metrics including leads, conversion rates, costper acquisition, and enrolment growth
· Use data to continuously refine campaigns and improve performance
· Build simple, clear reporting for ongoing decision-making
Partnerships and Local Marketing
· Build relationships with schools, community organisations, and relevantpartners
· Drive local marketing initiatives to increase visibility and referrals
Requirements:
· Proven experience in marketing role, ideally in education or aconsumer-facing service business
· Strong track record in digital marketing and performance-drivencampaigns
· Ability to manage budgets and optimise for ROI
· Comfortable working with data, metrics, and reporting tools
· Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools
· Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite orequivalent
· Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
· Understanding of the Singapore education market
· Experience marketing to parents and children
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Buisness, or a related field
