Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit Department for day-to-day activities, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and performing risk-based IT audit, including preparing effective audit programme and executing audit to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies and procedures and related internal control, communicate with auditees and report findings and recommendations properly.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Aviation Laundry Operations Manager to lead our critical on-site or dedicated facility laundry operation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance for all aviation specific textiles, including cabin linens (seat covers, blankets, pillows, headrests), galley textiles, and other aircraft fabrics. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship & Service Management:

• Serve as the dedicated, primary point of contact for assigned airline client representatives, flight operations, and cabin services managers.

• Manage inventory control of clean and soiled linen, implementing efficient tracking systems to prevent loss and ensure adequate par stock levels.
• Ensure proper handling and segregation of contaminated or special-care items according to strict protocols.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation between aircraft, facility, and end-users.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Enforce and exceed industry-specific standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization (e.g., IATA guidelines, airline-specific manuals, public health regulations).
• Implement rigorous quality control checkpoints at every stage of processing.
• Ensure all products meet appearance standards—free of stains, damage, and odours—and are pressed/folded to precise specifications.

The incumbent will develop new businesses with a focus on General Freight (Air & Sea) with the aim to positively impact the profitability of the Company.

• As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will hunt and develop new businesses with a focus on General Freight (Air & Sea) with the aim to positively impact the profitability of the Company.

• Proactively identify and develop potential customers in accordance with the company's objectives.

• Follow -up on leads for potential customers.

• Monitor and evaluate market trends and dynamics with the objective to identify and establish new business opportunities.

• Participate in Customer Relationship Management activities and initiatives to improve business relationships, customer retention and new businesses from existing customers.

• Work in partnership with Commercial and Operations teams to achieve service excellence.
  

Requirement

• Possess Tertiary qualifications.

• Possess 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.

• Possess commercial acumen.

Role Summary

This role require to builds and maintains relationships with major clients, to retain them for extended periods of time. Develop an extensive understanding of an organisation's client base and their needs. Engage with the clients, often resolving issues and suggesting solutions to routine problems they face. A key account manager may be able to comprehend the needs of a client and tailor products or services that meet their specific requirements. The top 3 most important responsibilities of a key account manager include: Maintain with growth mindset, Strong Communication and ability to explore & collaborate with new opportunities.

Responsibilities

•     Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients. Must have global/regional mindset in serving Key accounts.

•     Developing long-term strategies for client retention and growth expansion.

•     Understanding the needs and requirements of clients. Resolving customer complaints promptly to maintain trust.

•     Trying to build long-standing professional relationships with clients to create a mutually beneficial environment.

•     Proposing solutions to a client's problems and implementing them within reasonable timelines.

•     Ensure client retention

•     Acting as a channel of communication between clients and the employees of an organisation.

•     Identifying high-value clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them.

•     Preparing periodical reports with accurate data on time. (CRM / Monthly Report etc.)

•     As the main facilitator to manage Account Receivables for assigned accounts

Requirements :

•     Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

•     At least 3-5years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Key account management

•     Experience or exposure in handling conglomerate accounts especially in Healthcare /Medical Devices/Semiconductor/Electronics will be considered with priority.

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills．

•     Proficient in MS Office applications. Good in communication and negotiation. Excellent presentation skill．

•     Strong organizational and management skills

•     Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills

•     Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups.

•     Enthusiastic about sales job, teamwork spirit, communication skill and interpersonal relationship skill．

•     Experience manager with relevant experience will be consider for a senior position

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies

• Enhance the overall customer journey in the service department

• Manage customer feedback, data and drive continuous improvement using manufacturer’s customer service tool

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

• Lead and coach all customer facing personnel on how to improve the customer experience and work across all functions and departments

• Track and meet KPIs related to customer experience, satisfaction and retention and work on action plans

• Work closely with the manufacturer to ensure consistent delivery of Volvo’s brand standards and be the Customer Experience Champion / representative

• Handle annual Retail Audit and follow up on actions items to ensure compliance to the Retail Standards

• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree qualifications with 5–8 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, hospitality or automotive retail

• 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role is strongly preferred

• Experience in a premium or luxury brand environment is a strong advantage

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus

• Excellent team player and able to multitask

• Possess strong analytical skills and a keen passion for automobiles

• Self-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
