Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations based on stipulated timeline
• Prepare of journals, monthly schedules and financial management reports 
• Partner the management team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and analysis
• Review of P&L, variance analysis, balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
• Timely follow up on outstanding items including accounting transactions of operational and related adjustments
• Prepare full set of accounts for one stand-alone small entity including the analysis of the financial results, GST reporting and corporate tax filing
• Ensure compliance with local policies and regulations
• Maintain accounting policies and financial controls
• Participate in annual stocktake and fixed asset sighting
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required

• Minimum degree or professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in handling implementation of ERP systems and processes
• Strong leadership, with analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all service customers, ensuring professional and premium brand experience.

• Manage the full-service journey, including vehicle reception, job card preparation, progress updates and final handover.

• Act as a deputy to the Aftersales Manager when required.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Parts & Accessories Sales (Retail & Workshop), recommend suitableparts and accessories to enhance customer riding experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for parts and accessories.
• Inventory management. Monitor stock aging (A1 to A5 categories) andimplement clearance strategies. Ensure proper stock rotation and minimizeobsolete inventory.
• Ordering & supplier coordination. Follow up on order status,backorders, and ETA with suppliers/HDMC. Ensure timely ordering of critical andfast-moving parts
• Goods Receiving & GRN Processing. Report discrepancies, damages, orshortages (RMA).
• Workshop support - coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Technicians on partsrequirements. Ensure minimal downtime due to parts unavailability
• Customer service & experience - Provide professional andknowledgeable assistance to customers. Handle customer inquiries, quotations,and parts availability checks. Manage customer orders and ensure timelyupdates.
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of parts and accessories inshowroom. Supportmarketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
• System & Documentation. Maintain accurate records in Autoline andrelated systems. Support reporting requirements (sales, inventory, aging stock,etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 yearsof experience in Automotive/motorcycle parts operations. Knowledge ofHarley-Davidson products and systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

1.       Workshop Operations Support:

• Assist in coordinating daily workshop activities to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor workshop loading and ensure jobs are assigned efficiently.

• Support the workshop team in maintaining organized and efficient repair processes.

• Ensure workshop documentation and records are properly maintained.

2.       Work-in-Progress (WIP) Monitoring:

• Maintain and update the workshop WIP tracking system daily.

• Monitor WIP aging and highlight long-pending jobs to management.

• Ensure all jobs are properly documented and updated in the system.

• Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians and Technical Specialist to follow up on pending repairs.

3.       Service Job Coordination:

• Coordinate between technicians, Service Advisors, Technical Specialist and the Parts Department to ensure timely repair completion.

• Monitor and coordinate parts orders required for ongoing repair jobs.

• Follow up on parts order status with the Parts Department and suppliers to avoid delays in repair completion.

• Ensure all required parts are issued correctly to technicians.

• Inform Service Advisors of parts availability and expected delivery timelines.

4.      Parts Monitoring & Coordination:

• Track all parts orders related to active WIPs and ensure timely availability of parts.

• Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure correct parts are ordered for repair jobs.

• Monitor backorder parts and follow up with suppliers or distributors.

• Update parts status in the WIP tracking system and inform relevant personnel of any delays.

• Assist in verifying parts received and ensuring they are correctly allocated to the respective WIPs.

5.       Administrative & System Management:

• Create and manage Work Orders (WIP) in the system.

• Ensure repair details, labour entries, and parts usage are properly recorded.

• Assist in preparing service reports and workshop performance tracking.

• Maintain proper filing of repair documentation and service records.

6.  Customer Service Support:

• Assist Service Advisors with follow-ups on repair status and service progress.

• Provide updates on repair timelines where required.

• Ensure all completed jobs are properly documented before vehicle release.

7.  Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure workshop procedures comply with company standards and manufacturer guidelines.

• Assist in tracking service campaigns, recalls, and warranty-related repairs.
