Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field(s)

• Minimum 7-years of relevant experience in logistics / supply chain business development or key account management for healthcare and / or aviation industries

• Proven experience in managing and growing key accounts (farmer mindset)

• Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring (small team environment preferred)

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and solution-based selling

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical abilities
