A Snapshot
As the Capital Partnerships Manager based in our Singapore office, you will report to the Senior Director, Capital Partnerships. You will work closely with our Treasury, Tax, Legal, Finance and Corporate Development teams, making your mark in a number of ways:
Working directly with senior executives, the Board, investors, and external partners to analyse potential transactions, evaluate capital raising opportunities, and support decision‑making
- Leading key workstreams during transactions—including financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and structuring
- Helping to define new asset management reporting frameworks as the platform grows
Manage due diligence and execution of major business initiatives, including transaction management, analysis and approvals of acquisitions, disposals, developments, capital raisings and new business initiatives
Assist leadership with establishing and managing the investment funds and vehicles, including structuring, documentation, governance and operational framework
Knowledge and oversight of structuring-related issues, including the capital structure, legal, finance and tax implications for the managed data centre funds
Develop strong professional and collaborative working relationships with other AirTrunk personnel, including asset management, leasing, development, business development, finance, and legal teams
Requirements
Relevant background in real assets, ideally with recent exposure to data centres, real estate, or infrastructure investment
Advanced investment evaluation and due diligence capabilities, with the ability to synthesise insights across financial, legal, tax, technical, and commercial workstreams
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, scenario analysis, and interpretation of key return metrics
Collaborative team player who is proactive, curious, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high‑quality work under tight timelines
