Job Description:

• Curriculum Design and Development – Work closely with department heads and subject matter experts to develop and update training curricula. Design, review, and improve course materials and lesson plans to ensure alignment with intended learning outcomes. Support the alignment of courses with the national skills framework to obtain accreditation.
• Strategic Planning and Implementation – Prepare and manage accreditation submissions to relevant government bodies and institutions. Assist in rolling out programmes and various learning approaches, such as coaching, job shadowing, e-learning, assessments, and audit activities.
• Processes and Reporting – Oversee end-to-end processes related to partnership and accreditation programmes. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational policies and accreditation standards. Provide assistance during assessments and audit exercises. Track programme performance, analyse key data and participant feedback, and prepare regular status reports with recommendations for improvement. Review programme effectiveness and refine learning methods where necessary.
• Programme Administration – Administer grant applications, monitor milestones, and ensure programme objectives are achieved. Assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and provide comprehensive analysis, recommendations, and continuous improvement plans.
• Stakeholder and Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong working relationships with strategic partners, government agencies, educational institutions, internal teams, and subject matter experts. Support the L&D Director in guiding and managing the L&D team.

Requirements:

• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or any related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Learning & Development role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:
-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable.
-Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.
-At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.

• Strong familiarity with L&D frameworks, training needs analysis (TNA), and end-to-end learning program implementation.
• Strong people skills with an approachable and engaging personality; able to build relationships with employees across the organisation.
• Comfortable being hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to roll up sleeves and support day-to-day HR activities when required.
• Able to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment, while managing multiple stakeholders.

Job Summary

Lead and manage adult educators to deliver high-quality training in Food Services, Digital Skills, and Corporate/Soft Skills. Drive curriculum development, ensure compliance with WSQ standards, and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to shape impactful adult learning programmes.

Responsibilities

Training Management

• Lead and manage a team of full-time and associate adult educators across multiple domains to ensure effective training delivery.
• Plan and conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to standardize instructional methods and improve educator performance.
• Coach and mentor educators to implement best practices in adult learning and instructional delivery for enhanced learner outcomes.
• Monitor training sessions to maintain quality standards and maximize learner engagement.

Curriculum & Quality Assurance

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Food Services, Digital Skills, or Corporate Training to guide curriculum relevance and accuracy.
• Contribute to the design, development, and periodic review of curricula to align with WSQ standards, industry trends, and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Curriculum teams to implement processes that ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Training Delivery

• Deliver selected training programmes within your expertise, such as WSQ Food Safety, Digital Literacy, Soft Skills, or Leadership courses.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars tailored to diverse adult learners, supporting workforce upskilling and reskilling initiatives.

Operational & Strategic Support

• Support programme planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize training operations.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of trainers to build a competent educator team.
• Contribute to grant applications, training tenders, and partnership development to support organisational growth.

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, ICT, Education, Business, or related discipline.
• ACTA / ACLP certification.
• Minimum 5 years of adult education experience, including managing trainers or teams.
• Experience with WSQ and SkillsFuture training frameworks.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• DACE or relevant curriculum development qualification.
