Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Marketing & Business Development
This is a hybrid role combining strategic marketing, content creation, and business
development, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of media, luxury, and
innovation
You will play a key role in:
Building new client relationships
Developing partnerships across industries
Driving the visibility and positioning of BTB
Creating compelling content and marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and agencies
Support the development of commercial proposals and partnerships
Actively contribute to revenue growth through new client acquisition
Marketing & Brand Building
Lead marketing initiatives
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and social channels
Manage and grow BTB’s brand presence and positioning
Support event marketing (conferences, retreats, leadership programs)
Content & Communication
Create and manage content (social media, newsletters, website)
Write compelling copy aligned with luxury and business audiences
Support editorial storytelling in collaboration with internal teams
Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
Profile
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development,
media, or communications
Strong writing and content creation skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
Creative thinker with a “think outside the box” mentality
Highly proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Interest in luxury, media, leadership, and cultural trends
Key KPIs (First 6–12 Months)
Business Development
Minimum 3–5 new client leads per month
Conversion of 1–2 new clients/partnerships per quarter
Contribution to revenue targets (to be defined with management)
Marketing Growth
Increase BTB social media following by +30–50% within 6 months
Improve engagement rate across platforms (target: +20%)
Build and manage a qualified database (target: 500–1,000 relevant contacts)
Content Output
Minimum:
o 2–3 posts per week (LinkedIn / Instagram)
o 1 newsletter per month
o Ongoing website content updates
Brand & Visibility
Support execution of key events and activations (BTB, Vogue, Robb Report)
Establish at least 2–3 strategic partnerships per quarter
