Marketing Assistant/Executive is responsible for assistant managing marketing, advertising & promotional stuff and activities for the company. He/she should take steps to measure, enhance and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be responsible handle the creative, design, content ideas for social media and e-commerce as well as offline-materials including create photos, videos & else
Measure and planning monthly social media and digital marketing materials in advance with the theme & strategy.
Analyze social media performance metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, and provide data-driven recommendations for future promotional activities.
Daily monitor online platform and facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
Assist to manage the marketing materials: leaflets, posters, flyers, e-newsletters, e-banner when require.
Communicate with talent / artist via social media such as local bloggers and influencers to collaborate, create a strong network
Manage daily e-commerce orders, stocks inventory, customer inquiries and maintain good customer’s review and services
Update company website, profile and product listing
Prepare and execute for events such as exhibitions, book fair, roadshow, workshop and charity activities
Work closely with printing supplier, communicate and develop effective POS Materials and other equipment
Assist marketing manager in brainstorming, formulation & implementation of new, trending, effective and innovative marketing strategies to increase the brands awareness.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
Provide added value to the sales and marketing capabilities of the company.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for Executive position.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Required Skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Design/E-Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent.
Required Skill (s): Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills
Possess own transport and willing to travel

Peranan penyelaras jualan adalah untuk mengambil dan memproses permintaan sebut harga daripada pelanggan, secara aktif mencari penukaran pertanyaan kepada pesanan dan bertindak dalam peranan khidmat pelanggan antara kakitangan jualan dan pelanggan kami. Penyelaras Jualan bertanggungjawab untuk menyokong Inisiatif Jualan Tangkap dan pelanggan/rakan kongsi jualannya termasuk: penyelidikan pelanggan/agensi, pembentangan, penjanaan dan pengesahan pesanan jualan, pelaporan hasil dan penyelesaian masalah.
Huraian Kerja:
Untuk membantu pasukan jualan dalam penyediaan sebut harga, cadangan, laporan dan untuk menangani semua pertanyaan jualan yang masuk.
Untuk membantu syarikat mencapai sasaran jualan tahunannya.
Untuk menyelaras dan berhubung dengan ahli pasukan dan kakitangan jualan mengenai perkara berkaitan jualan.
Untuk mencari, mengenal pasti dan melantik ejen/pengedar/wakil
Mengurus, berhubung, menyokong dan memastikan ejen dan pengedar mencapai sasaran jualan mereka dengan segera menjawab pertanyaan, menyediakan alat pemasaran yang mencukupi dan sebagainya.
Menghadiri dan menindaklanjuti semua pertanyaan dengan segera dengan mengambil kira masa adalah satu faktor.
Kemahiran susulan yang baik dengan keupayaan untuk menyokong dan menyampaikan pertanyaan pelanggan dan mengendalikan semua tugas pentadbiran jualan.
Berhubung dengan pelanggan tentang cara pembayaran dan jadual penghantaran
Untuk mengenal pasti kelemahan aktiviti jualan dan mengetengahkan kepada pihak pengurusan untuk dianalisis dan mencadangkan pelbagai penyelesaian kepada pihak pengurusan untuk menambah baik lagi perkara di atas.

The role of a sales coordinator is to take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between our sales staff and customers. The Sales coordinator is responsible for supporting the Capture Sales Initiative and its clients / sales partners including: client/agency research, presentations, generation and verification of sales orders, revenue reporting and troubleshooting problems.
Job Description:
To assist the sales team in the preparation of quotation, proposals, reports and to attend to all incoming sales enquiries.
To assist the company to achieve its annual sales target.
To coordinate and liaise with team members and sales personnel’s on sales related matters.
To source, identify and appoint agents/ distributors/ representatives
To manage, liaise, support and ensure that agents and distributors achieved their sales target by attending immediately to enquiries, preparing sufficient marketing tools and etc.
To attend and follow up on all enquiries immediately with the consideration of time is a factor.
Good follow up skills with the ability to support and deliver customer's enquiries and handle all sales administration duties.
Liaise with customer on payment mode and deliveries schedule
To identify sales activities’ weaknesses and highlight to management for analysis and propose various remedies to management to further improve on the above
