Job Description
• Provide full operational accountability for tender-led facilities and environmental cleaning contracts, from mobilisation through steady-state delivery.
• Partner closely with commercial and tender teams to ensure bid assumptions, costing models, manpower structures, and operational methodologies are executable and sustainable post-award.
• Lead multi-site facilities, cleaning, and maintenance operations, ensuring contractual KPIs, service levels, safety, and regulatory obligations are consistently met.
• Establish and govern preventive and corrective maintenance frameworks covering building services, M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical works, and operational equipment.
• Direct and control subcontractors and service vendors to ensure alignment with tender specifications, compliance standards, and cost parameters.
• Ensure full compliance with MOM, NEA, workplace safety, environmental health regulations, and internal governance requirements across all contracts.
• Drive operational efficiency through structured workforce planning, process discipline, technology adoption, and cost control aligned to tender margins.
• Prepare and present executive-level operational reviews, cost performance reports, risk assessments, and improvement plans to senior management.
• Act as the escalation lead for clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders on complex operational, contractual, or compliance matters.
Job Requirement
• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Services, Built Environment, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, environmental cleaning operations, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of local regulations related to facilities, cleaning standards, workplace safety, and environmental health.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Driving License Class 3 (If Any), good with own vehicle
Working hours:
5.5 work days - Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
