Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
• Train, deploy, and motivate cleaning staff and supervisors to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with clients to review service performance, address concerns, and ensure client requirements are met
• Manage inventory by ordering and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment to support operational efficiency
• Plan and coordinate work schedules to optimize staff deployment and prepare detailed operational reports for management

Responsibilities

• Liaise daily with the Manager to communicate current tasks and assist in planning future activities
• Execute assigned duties efficiently while optimizing resource use
• Serve as a communication link between management and staff to ensure smooth information flow
• Maintain accurate control of stock, equipment, and consumables to support operations
• Request timely purchases of consumables, equipment, and materials to prevent shortages
• Monitor staff absenteeism and report findings promptly to the Manager
• Promote Health and Safety practices actively and report any breaches directly to the Manager
• Collaborate with members of other teams to support operational needs
• Inspect equipment regularly and arrange for replacement items as necessary
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met across all facilities and report any deficiencies to the Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and company goals

Requirements:

• Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending, and other physical abilities
• Willingly to travel island wide
