Job Description & Requirements
Administrative
· Oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance and provide administrative support
· Acquire and maintain office stationeries
· Establish and maintain appropriate sorting and filing
· Scan and print documents
· Prepare invoices, Delivery note, Purchase order
· Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
· Receive and direct visitors and clients
· General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
· Coordinate maintenance and agreement of office equipment
Human Resource
· Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arrange
interview, employment contracts, etc
· Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
· Manage the work pass applications online and status including monitor of the expiry dates.
· Prepare confirmation letters, relieving letters, experience letters, certifications
· Monitor contract expiry for renewals.
· Update and manage employee records.
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Maintain records for staff leaves and documents
Requirements
· Proficient in spoken English and one other language
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, and use of telephone systems
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Warm, welcoming and approachable voice
· Highly independent, disciplined and takes initiative
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year experience as HR/Admin Executive
