Job description: Responsible for building and managing the Enterprise Sales for the Singapore region atRakuten Symphony Cloud. Accountable for delivery revenue, managing Go To Marketthrough partner and direct sales.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for revenue target for the region.
· Enterprise Sales experience
· Indirect GTM and channel management experience in the region.
· Responsible for developing a healthy pipe and cover to deliver the plan.
· Delivery of the revenue target for the region.
· Managing net new business development and existing customers relationships.
· Effective channel management of regional partners.
· Selection, and onboarding of, new channel partners as required to hit the revenue targets.
· Management of all routes to market, whilst developing a continuous expansion plan.
· Representation of the Rakuten Symphony business at industry events.
· Customer facing responsibilities making sure all C Suite decision makersare onboard.
Requirements:
· 15+years of professional experience in leadership roles, software products Salesat scale. (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS)/ELA.
· Experience in selling Cloud NativeSolutions (Kubernetes, SDS and Cloud Orchestrator).
· Experience managing and growing cross-disciplinary organisations, including Sales, PreSales, Engineering, and Customer Success. Managing multiyear rollout ofthe project.
· Experience building and leading teams at global organisations.
· Business Acumen and customer-facing skills.
· Direct customer management experience.
· Technical background along with Engineering Degree.
· Experience Enterprise account management.
· Experience building healthy, sustainable organisational culture.
· Manage cross-functional matrix team.
· Understanding of roles, methods, processes, and best practices for user-centred design atscale.
· Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, driving commitment across teams andpeers.
· Confidence in an environment of cross-functional collaboration, partnership, andleadership.
