Team Leadership

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams consisting of engineering, procurement, operations, HSE, QA/QC and commercial personnel.
• Mentor and develop junior project staff.
• Promote a strong safety and performance culture within the organisation.

Business Development Support

• Support tendering and proposal activities.
• Participate in client meetings and technical clarifications.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market developments within the offshore and subsea sectors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Offshore survival certification (BOSIET / FOET) preferred.

Experience Requirements

Mandatory

• Minimum 12 years of offshore oil & gas or offshore energy industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Previous employment with a recognised offshore EPCI, subsea or marine contractor.
• Proven experience managing offshore installation projects in Asia.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Highly Preferred

• Experience managing offshore mooring installation projects.
• Experience managing Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) projects.
• Experience working on offshore projects in Asia
• Experience managing offshore vessel spreads and marine operations.
• Experience with ROV-based inspection and intervention campaigns.
