Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for end-to-end accounting management at both real estate development company and project levels, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, project costs, and development expenditure accounting.
• Actively participate in cost accumulation, expense allocation, and progress accounting across different stages of real estate development (land acquisition / design / approvals / construction / completion), ensuring high alignment between financial records and actual project progress.
• Manage and account for various consultant and contractor costs, including but not limited to:
  o Design consultants, project management consultants, quantity surveyors (QS), legal, tax, engineering, and other professional service fees
  o Contractor progress payments, variation orders, advance payments, retention sums, and related accounting treatments

Qualification and Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; holders of CPA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent professional qualifications) are preferred.
2. At least 5 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in real estate or project-based enterprises (development, investment, property management, or construction).
3. Familiar with Singapore or Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations; experience in cross-border or multi-entity accounting is an advantage.
4. Able to work independently on accounting and financial reporting; strong numerical sensitivity and logical thinking.
5. Fluent in both English and Mandarin essential, to work with internal and external stakeholders, with strong communication skills and the ability to liaise directly with auditors, banks, and external consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities:
Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Lead end to end engagement across business, technology, and vendor partners, covering planning, governance, communications, budgeting, resource alignment, and change management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through structured governance forums and transparent communication.
• Deliver clear, concise, and effective executive level updates on project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Provide comprehensive status reporting across GTO and business leadership, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.

Process, Analysis & Delivery Execution

• Drive end to end delivery of complex, multi business line initiatives in alignment with strategic objectives and SDLC and stage gate standards.
• Own the full project lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), including planning, governance, execution, and tracking against time, scope, and budget.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation; design clear as is and to be journeys.
• Coordinate across business, operations, and technology teams to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and scope changes effectively.
• Maintain high quality delivery through disciplined tracking of progress and upkeep of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) artifacts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, and Design teams to refine backlogs, support UI/UX requirements, and validate technical feasibility.
• Support test strategy, test planning, and operational readiness to ensure seamless go live and adoption.
• Drive post implementation benefits realization and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in banking, specifically across retail lending products and credit cards
• Strong background in credit origination, collections, credit risk portfolio management and credit bureau reporting
• 5+ years of deep expertise in retail credit, including Credit risk management (underwriting, credit decisioning, early warning, collections)
• Credit portfolio monitoring (scorecard development, risk segmentation, limit setting)

Lead and drive the commercialisation of digital data products by working closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to develop data solutions that enable digital sales and actionable insights. This role is responsible for identifying and sourcing required data from data lakes and other systems, analysing and integrating data from multiple sources, and designing the presentation layer to support key KPIs and business decisions.

The role will establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess digital sales performance, including end-to-end funnel analysis, paid media performance, and campaign effectiveness.
