Job Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliation
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial statements and management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support group consolidation processes, including preparation of consolidation schedules and intercompany eliminations
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an SME environment
- Experience in consolidation of multiple entities is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Singaporeans and PRs only. No work visa sponsorship will be provided
