Stroke Support Station (S3) is a non-profit organization in Singapore dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for stroke survivors and their caregivers. S3 provides a range of programs focused on rehabilitation, empowerment, and community reintegration. Through specialized activities, wellness programs, and caregiver support, S3 aims to foster physical, emotional, and social well-being. The organization also advocates for stroke awareness and collaborates with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and partners to offer holistic, person-centered care for the stroke recovery journey.
You Will:
Support the Manager, Corporate Services predominantly in digital infrastructure, organisational systems, technology initiatives, and risk management. These will be done through maintaining IT systems, managing digitalisation projects, coordinating vendors, and supporting risk and compliance practices in S3.
The Senior Executive, Corporate Services plays a hybrid role combining operational administration with project ownership. The role ensures that organisational systems (Digital or Procedural) remain reliable while managing the implementation and improvement of corporate services platforms that support service delivery, governance, and organisational efficiency.
The role typically manages several concurrent initiatives while maintaining operational IT support for staff and systems across the organisation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Administer and maintain organisational IT systems including Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and digital productivity platforms.
Provide technical troubleshooting and support to staff, including system access, device issues, and application-related problems.
Support the evaluation, planning, and rollout of organisational systems including clinical systems, operational platforms, and workflow tools.
- Equipped with minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Someone with At least 1 years of relevant experience in digital administration, systems implementation, digital project coordination, or related roles.
- Someone who has experience supporting organisational digital systems, coordinating vendors, and implementing technology solutions will be an advantage.
- Someone with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint device management.
- Someone with basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Able to manage multiple IT or digitalisation projects concurrently.
