Job Description
•To manage end to end operation, logistics and sales support functions.
•Perform data entry of transfer of Costing Sheets in SAP for Vendors & Customers.
•Perform invoicing to customers for existing and new orders.
•Generating and checking of Sales Contract done for customers.
•Process Sales Credit/Purchase Orders and follow up on Orders Delivery.
•Arrange for delivery for both local and overseas orders and monitoring status of orders.
•Logistic - Monitoring Inbound/Outbound shipments and generate reports if necessary
•Preferably with Letter of Credit and incoterms knowledge
•Manage inventory in company's third-party warehouse for deliveries to local customers.
•Handling of customer's inquiries through calls and emails for orders.
•Establish rapport and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers
•Able to handle customer feedback & complaints
•Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
•Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
•Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree
•2 years minimum relevant working experience in in similar industry will be an advantage
•Experience in shipping or scheduling of shipments.
•Good Knowledge in SAP, excel, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Knowledge in food-technology would be an added advantage
