Job Summary:

As a Business Support Executive in the bus industry, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the seamless functioning of the organization. You will work closely with different departments and play a vital role in maintaining productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry regulations.

• Provide support on transport operations of multiple international and local schools
• Effective management as per client's instruction and daily operations
• To be involved in planning and optimizing departmental annual budgets to create strategies for organizational growth together with Business Support Lead
• Assist in Transport IT System queries
• To be involved in account receivable matter with finance team
• To be involved in implementation of Transport IT system for various stakeholders
• To be involved in local subsidies
• To work closely with Business Support Lead to prepare for contract tendering documents
• To provide timely verification and resolution of payment matters or issues such as subcon invoice. Bus Attendant salary and bus fare collection
• Any other ad hoc duty requested by Business Support Lead or Head of School

• Ensure students board and alight their bus safely

• Dismiss PM buses on time

• Time keep the arrival of morning and afternoon buses

• Assist with bus crew complaints / student discipline issues

• Assist with inspection of vehicles

• Be a Bus Attendant on Adhoc Basis

• Conduct bus checks on morning arrivals to ensure no students or belongings are left in the bus

• Any other job assigned by the management or school IC

• Preferably experience in a private bus industry

• Good team player, interpersonal skills, full of initiatives with sense of ownership

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills

• Able to prioritize and multitasking

• Working Hours : 6:45 am to 7:45 am and 12:45 pm to 1:45 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding local school holidays

• The ground crew may also be required to work on an ad-hoc basis, depending on operational needs.

Job Summary

You will attend to vehicle breakdowns and recovery jobs on-road or roadside, ensuring safety and compliance with guidelines while responding quickly under various weather and traffic conditions, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in light and heavy vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately
• Perform repairs and replace defective or worn-out vehicle components such as brakes, transmission, clutch, suspension, and steering to restore vehicle functionality
• Conduct preventive maintenance, regular servicing, and inspections to reduce the risk of vehicle breakdowns and ensure operational reliability
• Respond promptly to breakdown and recovery calls at any time, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays, to minimize vehicle downtime
• Drive safely and comply with all safety guidelines while working in various weather and traffic conditions to protect yourself and others

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience of 2 years or more working as a mechanic, preferably with exposure to breakdown, recovery, or roadside assistance
• Valid Class 3 driving license

• Greet customers/drivers professionally and courtesy

• Handle customer/driver complaints or issues
• Liaise between workshop and customers to communicate technical information

Job Summary

You will deliver precast components from precast yards to construction sites across Singapore, ensuring timely and safe transportation. You will also report any vehicle defects, accidents, or violations to your supervisor and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of your vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precast components safely and on schedule from precast yards to construction sites in Singapore
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or safety violations promptly to the supervisor to maintain operational safety
• Maintain cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Use maps and/or GPS to plan efficient delivery routes and adapt to changing site conditions
• Follow safety rules and regulations consistently to ensure a safe working environment
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines, including working until 8pm as required
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth operations
• Adapt quickly to the construction working environment and learn on the job through provided training

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Singapore LTA-issued Class 4 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least one (1) year of relevant driving experience in similar roles
