Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and maintenance of accurate HR records, while supporting effective communication and employee relations.
· Oversee office administration and operations, including office supplies procurement, vendor management (IT, cleaning, property management, records management), and fixed asset management.
· Support corporate secretarial and compliance matters, including company registration, license renewals, and liaison with government authorities.
· Manage office, corporate insurance policies, including renewals and coordination with insurers and brokers.
· Plan and execute company events, including team-building activities, annual meetings, and festive events.
· Manage travel and administrative support for management and overseas colleagues, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and visa coordination.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· At least 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, office administration, or similar role, preferably within a multinational or regional environment.
· Hands-on experience with HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and office operations.
· Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices is highly preferred.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and cultures.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
