Reports to CEO / Executive Director and management on student administrative matter. Responsible for ensuring the institution complies with regulatory requirements such as the SkillsFuture Singapore frameworks (EduTrust & ERF), while overseeing the Registrar’s Office to ensure accurate student records, academic processes, and audit readiness.

This role acts as the bridge between compliance, academic operations, and management reporting.

1. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Act as Management Representative (MR) for EduTrust compliance
• Ensure adherence to Private Education Act (PE Act), EduTrust Certification Scheme, Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF)
• Lead preparation of Policy & Operations Manuals (POMs), Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), Audit documentation
• Conduct internal audits & management review meetings
• Track regulatory updates and ensure implementation across departments
• Drive continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS)

2. Registrar Office Management

• Oversee full student lifecycle administration:
• Enrolment / contracts
• Attendance tracking
• Academic progression
• Graduation & certification
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of student records
• Approve transcripts, reports, and official documents before release
• Manage timelines for:
• Academic reporting cycles
• Examination records
• Student status reporting

3. Documentation & Data Governance

• Maintain proper document control system (versioning, retention)
• Ensure audit-ready records at all times
• Ensure compliance with PDPA
• Monitor data accuracy across systems (e.g. CRM/SIS)

4. Policy Development & Process Improvement

• Develop and review - Academic policies, SOPs for Registrar & QA processes
• Standardise workflows across departments
• Identify gaps from audits and implement improvements
• Use data insights to improve student experience and compliance standards

5. Staff Training & Stakeholder Support

• Conduct internal training on EduTrust requirements and Compliance procedures
• Guide departments on audit readiness
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Education / Management)

Academic Planning & Operations

• Ensure timely issuance and distribution of timetables, lecturer deployments, and administrative tasks pre and post term.
• Ensure lecturers complete their administrative processes pre and post modules.
• Maintain, update and administer the LearningManagement System (LMS), and content update for all modules.
• Coordinate examination processes - compileexamination papers, obtain exam board approval on exam markings, resultsposting and audit compliance.
• Conduct academic audits and compile reports onmodule / exam outcomes.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies and processes in alignment with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements.

Strategic Academic and Curriculum Support

• Assist faculty and external stakeholders in curriculum design, review, and innovation.
• Support effective pedagogies, educational technologies, and AI-enabled learning initiatives.
• Contributeto academic strategy and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Support SISH Student Council, lead student intervention processes and assist in school functions, activities and events.
• Record and report all activities to management on amonthly basis.
• Other academic-related administration or activitytasks that may be assigned by the Associate Dean.
• Collaborate with other SISH members on tasksassigned by the Associate Dean.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two (2) years or more relevant full-time teaching experience as a qualified teacher.
