• Manage Procurement Operations: Oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying suppliers to finalizing purchases and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high-quality goods and services are delivered on time.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, place purchase orders, and ensure efficient inventory management to meet production demands.
• Timely Payments & Follow-ups: Ensure all invoices are processed and payments are made on time. Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including the finance and kitchen teams, to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services to meet operational needs.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to optimize procurement processes, streamline workflows, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Job Summary

Support procurement and system implementation activities by processing purchase requests, assisting users, and providing first-level IT support during system rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Check purchase requests for compliance with regulations and internal processes to ensure accuracy and adherence
• Collaborate with users to resolve issues and rectify purchase requests promptly
• Process purchase requests and raise purchase orders (POs) efficiently to support procurement operations
• Assist internal teams with procurement activities and respond to related queries to maintain smooth workflows

• Monitor and plan space for loading shipment to maximize efficiency.
