Requirements

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with deep supply chain knowledge to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support supply chain-related applications (e.g. ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement systems)
• Lead system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects across supply chain functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders (procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance) to gather requirements and improve system workflows
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and process standardization across platforms
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization to improve operational efficiency
• Provide system training and user support to internal teams
• Work with external vendors and IT teams to resolve system issues and enhancements
• Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements
• Develop reports and dashboards for supply chain analytics and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution)
• Experience in system implementation and process improvement projects
