*Job Summary*
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while working closely with clients or internal hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*
* Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
* Provide shortlists of qualified candidates in a timely manner
* Prepare job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
*Client & Stakeholder Management*
* Understand hiring requirements and job specifications
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or internal stakeholders
* Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability
* Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients
*Requirements*
* Local Polytechnic Diploma, A level graduate or Degree holders are all welcome
* 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (agency or in-house)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously
* Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
