Our client, a reputable building and construction firm, is seeking an experienced Tender Quantity Surveyor to handle pre-contract activities and tendering for LTA and building projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects and gain exposure to the full tendering lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and monitor projects on tender platforms such as Sesami and GeBIZ
- Develop proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders and ensure timely submission
- Conduct quantity measurements and cost estimations within deadlines
- Prepare and evaluate tender quotations and recommend subcontractor/supplier awards
- Assist in cost budgeting, track design/construction changes, and update projections
- Review and prepare contracts and agreements for subcontractors and suppliers
- Certify and evaluate progress, manage contract variations, and submit monthly progress claims
- Ensure compliance with SIA & REDAS Form of Contract Administration and SOP Act requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pre-contract QS or tendering roles for contractor-side projects
- Experience with LTA or building projects is preferred
- Strong knowledge of SIA & REDAS Form of Contracts, SOP Act, tendering procedures, and contract administration
- Proficient in measurement, cost estimation, and tender preparation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
