• Request and evaluate quotations from contractors to recommend contract awards
• Develop project budgets and obtain necessary approvals for financial planning
• Verify and prepare progress claims through site visits to ensure accurate contractor payments
• Evaluate contractor progress claims and variation orders (VO) for compliance and accuracy
• Monitor project budgets against actual expenses to control costs and prevent overruns
• Prepare and submit variation orders (VO) for project scope changes
• Attend progress meetings to track project status and resolve issues
• Assist in preparing, submitting, and closing project final accounts for financial closure
• Develop and maintain master and tracking schedules to ensure project timelines are met
• Prepare Method of Statement (MOS) documents for submission to relevant authorities
• Coordinate with Safety teams to prepare Risk Assessments (RA) and Permit to Work (PTW) submissions
• Manage all project-related submissions to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
• Oversee the company’s weekly operation schedule to support smooth project execution
• Manage and maintain company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work processes for operational consistency
• Collaborate with the operations team to support project delivery and operational needs
• Assist the contract director with related contract and project management tasks as required
