The role

This is a broad in-house legal role supporting the General Counsel across commercial, operational and strategic matters, with a stronger emphasis on EPC, construction and project-related legal work. The successful candidate will work closely with the business on contracts, disputes, risk management and major projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate EPC, construction, procurement and other commercial contracts
• Support legal issues arising from major projects, business operations and new initiatives
• Advise on disputes, claims and litigation, including external counsel management
• Support on corporate, restructuring, JV and other business-driven matters
• Strengthen legal templates, processes and internal frameworks
• Provide advice on compliance, governance and regulatory issues relevant to the business

Requirements

• At least 10 years’ PQE
• Trained in a reputable law firm and/or gained relevant in-house experience
• Strong experience in EPC, construction, infrastructure or major project work
• Experience in commercial contracts and disputes / claims management
• Prior exposure to offshore, marine, engineering, energy or renewables sectors would be advantageous
• Commercially minded, practical and able to work independently with stakeholders across the business

Job Title: Account Assistant

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the accounting team in daily bookkeeping, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense recording, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual accounting documents, such as financial statements, expense reports and tax-related forms.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., project, procurement) to collect financial-related information and resolve simple accounting inquiries.
• Maintain and organize accounting files, both electronic and physical, in compliance with Singapore’s accounting regulations and company policies.
• Assist in accounts receivable and payable management, including following up on payment status and reconciling accounts.
• Support the annual audit work by providing required accounting data and documents.
• Undertake other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the finance manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken); basic Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues/clients.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, careful and responsible, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities, able to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

• Assist CRO to plan and launch public relation programs for the construction projects, such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
• Conduct survey on existing condition, such as: spalling concrete and ceiling leakage etc. as well as taking measurement.
• Plan and coordinate assigned work to be carried out in a timely manner.
• Handle enquires, feedback and complaints pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
• Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between the relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants and authorities like the Town Councils and Housing Development Board (HDB) etc. as well as take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities.
• Show, explain and demonstrate to residents and/or tenants the location and purpose of retrofits provisions.
• Maintain good rapport and positive relations with the residents and/or tenants.
• Conduct regular visits to residents and/ or tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of the work schedule’s changes and impacts.
• Perform administrative/clerical duties.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support our business and real estate advisory functions. This role offers exposure to investment sales, capital markets transactions, and strategic advisory across a range of asset classes including commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in research, financial analysis, and deal execution, working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality insights and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis on Singapore’s real estate sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and residential markets
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, investment memoranda, and marketing collateral
• Track and analyse market transactions, trends, and key economic indicators
• Support deal execution processes including data room management, due diligence coordination, and client reporting
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders where required

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. These documents include sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements.
• You will provide advice to clients on all aspects of buying or selling property. This includes legal issues, financial considerations, and contract matters.
• Engage in negotiations with the other party’s lawyer for the Option to Purchase (OTP). Provide advice to clients on the conveyancing process and their rights and obligations.
• Liaise with various parties involved in the transaction, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law 
• 0-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing or related
  legal work.
• Familiarity with property laws and conveyancing procedures.
