Job Scopes：

Both personnel shall be competent in handling front office duties, administrative tasks, and operational support functions. Both personnel shall be responsible for:

1. Managing the General Office counter

• Attending to walk-in visitors and phone calls

• Handling enquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders 2. Providing basic first aid for pupils with minor injuries (i.e., small cut, bruises etc.)

3. Managing incoming and outgoing mail

4. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of:
