Role Objective
Your core responsibility is simple:
Build a strong pipeline and convert it into revenue consistently.
This role is heavily focused on volume, speed, and closing — not admin, not theory.
Sales Pipeline Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation (Top of Funnel)
You are expected to create opportunities daily, not wait for them.
Source leads via: LinkedIn (outreach + connections) / databases Cold calls & emails Networking & referrals
Target: Marketing teams HR / Business owners / founders
Daily KPI:
50–100 new outreaches
10–20 new qualified leads added into pipeline
2. Qualification (Middle of Funnel)
Not all leads are equal — you filter fast.
Identify:Budget potentialDecision makerUrgency / timeline
Disqualify weak leads quickly
Focus only on high-conversion prospects
Weekly KPI:
10–15 qualified prospects ready for pitching
3. Pitching & Consulting
Conduct discovery calls / meetings
Understand client needs and position: Corporate videos Social media content Campaign shoots Training / branded content
Recommend solutions that solve business problems
Expectation:
5–10 pitches per week
4. Proposal & Deal Structuring
Prepare proposals and quotations quickly (speed matters)
Structure deals based on: Client budget scope of work or upsell opportunities
Follow up aggressively
5. Closing (Bottom of Funnel)
Push deals to closure within shortest cycle
Handle objections confidently
Secure deposits / signed agreements
Monthly Target:
Close consistent revenue (e.g. 20K–50K depending on ramp)
Pipeline Expectations (Simple View)
100 leads →
30 conversations →
10 meetings →
3–5 deals closed

Commission Structure (High Upside)
High commissions per deal (structure varies)
