Your Role

Content Creation (Primary)

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
• Capture real moments: kids, families, first ear piercing experiences
• Turn trends into brand-relevant, parent-friendly content
• Support campaigns, promotions & festive launches

Online Store Admin (Secondary)

• Manage product listings (upload, update descriptions, pricing)
• Process online orders and coordinate fulfilment
• Ensure product images and content are accurate and attractive
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory updates
• Reply to basic customer enquiries (online orders / products)

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for social media & content creation
• Comfortable filming (bonus if you can appear on camera)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / similar)
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle both creative + admin tasks efficiently
• Positive, patient personality (family/kids environment)

Bonus Advantage

• Experience managing Shopify / Shopee / TikTok Shop

Work Location: In person

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
• Perform Ear Piercing for Customers
• Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
• Attend to sales enquiries on Company products and services
• Handles and respond to customer enquiries & feedback
• Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
• Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
• Review weekly & monthly results and discuss next strategy and idea with Management
• Other duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least GCE “O” level or equivalent
• No working experience required, training will be provided
• Willing to learn, have good initiative and can work independently
• Sales experience will be an added advantage
• Able to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays

Warehouse Assistant cum Seamstress (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant cum Seamstress to join our team. If you enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations (packing, sorting, stock arrangement)
• Perform basic sewing, alterations, and repairs
• Handle simple stitching work for products/materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space
• Support stock-taking and inventory control
• Assist with ad-hoc duties when required
• Basic house-keeping of warehouse

Requirements

• Basic sewing skills (hand stitch / sewing machine)
• No experience required – training provided
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Physically fit (able to handle light lifting)
• Basic Computer skills

• Review and ensure front end and corporate monthly paperwork are in order
• Update and maintain all employee records in the QuickHR system
• Handle all IRAS tax and MOM matters including tax clearance and work pass applications for foreign workers
• Handle and process all monthly payroll matters including payments and deductions accurately in accordance to statutory guidelines
• Prepare all HR related letters
• Provide advice and assistance to staff on HR related matters with regards to payroll, leave and benefits
• Handle and be involved in annual performance appraisal
• Render Personal Administrative services to Managing Director
