• 協助供應商完成註冊、驗證和店鋪設定流程，包括產品上傳、出貨安排等任務。
• 運用IT技能操作線上市場平台，解決技術問題，並引導客戶/供應商完成線上流程。
• 與 IT 團隊協作，回報並解決影響客戶/供應商在線上平台上互動的技術問題。
• 在平台系統中維護準確、全面的客戶/供應商記錄，有效記錄互動和解決方案。
• 隨時了解線上市場、促銷活動和政策的最新動態，以便為客戶/供應商提供準確的資訊。
• 與銷售、物流、財務和技術支援等跨職能團隊合作，滿足客戶/供應商的需求，並為提高客戶/供應商的整體滿意度做出貢獻。
• 主動發現線上市場平台流程改進的機會，並提供建設性回饋。

職位要求：
