· Lead sales operations for established instrumentation valves rotating equipment supplier
· Providing complete engineering solutions to EPCs, Fabricators & End-users
Key Duties
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
· Identify new clients and manage existing accounts
· Negotiate contracts and close deals
· Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting
· Report performance metrics to Sales Director
Requirements
· Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Process, Chemical or related field
· With sales experience - Instrumentation Valves
· Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
· Proven sales management and team leadership experience
· Excellent communication skills
