Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives to expand the company’s presence in facilities maintenance and ACMV-related projects
• Identify and secure new commercial contracts, including offices, industrial clients, and MCSTs
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including quotation, costing, tender submission, and contract negotiation
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategies for business growth and service expansion
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, ACMV services, or building maintenance industry
• Proven experience in handling commercial projects, client management, and contract negotiation
• Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication and business development skills
• Prior experience in project or operations management roles will be an advantage

Salary Range:
SGD $7,500 – $8,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
