Essential Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and train a team of Wafer Fab Operators and Technician to ensure smooth day-to-day operations to achieve daily production output target, On Schedule Delivery and Key Performance Indices.
• Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.
• Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
• Plan out manpower training to increase shift deployment flexibility.
• Regularly engage specialists to gather feedback on performance, understand challenges faced, and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain Data-Integrity.
• Collaborate with Support group such as IE and Engineering to ensure that accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constrains, and Unit Per Hour (UPH) are incorporated into the tool’s capacity modeling.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Run the factory when the Factory Manager is away.
• Lead and support Production Supervisors and Line Leaders; drive performance and accountability.
• Plan and manage 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and public holidays.
• Ensure effective training and coaching for new Operators and Line Leaders.
• Meet daily production volume and efficiency targets.

About the Role
Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization with a workforce of over 500 employees. They are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring and operational workforce planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both blue-collar (operators, technicians) and selected white-collar roles.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.

• Handle high-volume hiring, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Work with external partners (agencies, job portals, government platforms) to build talent pipelines.

• Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.

• Ensure recruitment practices align with internal policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
