Job description
·
Develop, design, implement, and manage marketing contents, such as
photographing products, edit in Photoshop and post updates on social media;
·
Manage marketing databases and customer relationship
management platforms;
·
Manage and regularly update social media and website assets;
·
Coordinate and support the development of marketing
materials, such as presentations, promotional materials (web banners, posters,
FB/IG posts) and emails;
·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support
and execute marketing efforts, create website posts based on articles shared by
doctors, etc;
·
Manage customer interactions via phone calls, WhatsApp,
emails, social media, Google reviews, etc;
·
Provide administrative support for company event and
activities; and
·
Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from
time to time.
Requirements:
·
At least 2 years of relevant experience;
·
Proficient in digital marketing tools and
social media platforms;
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications and content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite or
equivalent;
·
Good
command of English for effective marketing and customer
relationship management;
·
Ability
to focus on details;
·
Good organizational, time
management and interpersonal
skills;
·
Ability to adapt to changing market
conditions and new technologies; and
·
Good team player.
