As one of the team members in Finance and Administration you will work closely with other branches in the organisation, engage with funders and stakeholders across Government and non-Government agencies, and work closely with senior management to forecast and anticipate evolving needs of the organisation.

Job Description

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality and delivery capabilities.

• Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers to secure favourable terms to meet KSL’s procurement needs.

• Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to Procurement policy.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and plan to procure goods and services at the right quantity and time.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for planning of inventory and arrangement of delivery to meet KSL’s operational needs.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders, verify supplier invoices and delivery notes for all purchases and deliveries.

• Arrange transport with suppliers and 3rd party logistics service providers for deliveries and timely replacements for faulty items.

• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve processes.

• Develop and maintain inventory records and track usage patterns.

• Participate in other supply chain related tasks/projects as may be assigned.

Requirements and skills

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain related roles.

• Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in ERP system.

• Possess good communication and analytical skills.
