Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (80%)
1. Strategic Procurement
• Work closely with user departments on information gathering in preparation for the procurement of F&E.
• Ensure end to end procurement processes are in compliance with procurement policy.
• Responsible for facilitating strategic sourcing projects for services and non-medical supplies categories.
• Establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of product and services.
• Driven by MMD, to be the procurement co-lead to guide the evaluation committee to evaluate goods and services proposal from vendors, suppliers and contractor of services.
• Collaborate with MMD to add value through proper negotiation, product standardising or innovative ways of sourcing.
2. Programme Office
• As secretariat to plan meeting agenda, manage administrative functions, maintain accurate records, preparing presentation materials and coordinate meetings.
3. Digital Transformation
• Administrative support to drive the use of AI and Digital tools to achieve digital as the default way of working.
Secondary Responsibilities (20%)
• Involve in special projects as assigned.
• Provide administrative support and assistance to Operations Head as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and records to facilitate and validate key activities throughout projects.
• Prepare papers for management approval.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• Project management skills with prior procurement experience
• Experience with large-scale capital procurement projects (advantage)
• Organised and highly meticulous.
• Resourceful with high level of initiative.
• Team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work well within timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
