skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of B2B commercial experience specifically within the essential oils, fragrance, or specialty chemical sectors.
• Proven exposure to supplying F&F houses, ingredient traders, or contract manufacturers (OEM/ODM) in the beauty and personal care space.
• A solid grasp of essential oils and natural aromatic ingredients used in perfumery and home care formulations.
• Demonstrated ability to convert relationships into commercial supply agreements and long-term contracts.
• A proactive "road warrior" willing to travel extensively and adapt to cross-cultural business environments.

1. Commercial Management & Customer Relations

• Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, including government agencies and commercial clients
• Manage technical sales processes, including client consultations and solution presentations

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial, technical, or engineering environment
• Experience in technical sales, service, or project management

• Experience managing customers independently in Singapore
• Management or leadership experience is advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial or electromechanical systems
• Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to customers
