Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support daily office operations and ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital)
Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors
Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding and leave tracking
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 'O' Levels /Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
