Responsibilities
· Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project
· Liaise with construction/design team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
· Assist Project Contract Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order and Purchase Order
· Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
· Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
· Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments
· Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
· Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
Requirements
· At least 3 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying in main contractor
· Experience with LTA or building projects
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
