JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focal Point Communication: Act as the official bridge and focal person, as and when required, to communicate with customers/workshops on administrative, logistical (e.g., delivery status, documentation, and product availability), and general non-technical inquiries via phone, email, and dedicated platforms.

Sales Performance Assistance: Compile and analyse internal reports (e.g., call logs, interaction frequency, ticket resolution times) to assist management in gauging the activity and performance of the in-house Business Consultants (salespersons).

Issue Triage: Efficiently log all client queries and complaints, providing timely follow-up and coordinating with the relevant internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Technical team) for resolution.

Customer Satisfaction: Coordinate and execute customer satisfaction survey practices, including the distribution, collection, and initial tabulation of feedback from the workshop network.

Administrative Communication: Assist in the preparation and distribution of general client communications, such as welcome kits, informational memos, and holiday greetings.

Data Management: Perform essential data entry, ensuring all workshop and client contact information, interaction history, and transactional details are accurately and consistently recorded in the CRM system.

Record Integrity: Proactively monitor and maintain the quality of the customer database (e.g., deduplicating records and updating outdated information) to ensure a reliable source of truth for all business functions.

Basic Reporting: Assist in generating simple reports from the CRM system (e.g., monthly new sign-ups, list of workshops in a specific region) to support planning and analysis by the management team.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software/database management is highly preferred.

A. Product & Textile Design

• Develop original patterns, prints, motifs, and design concepts for garments, hijabs, scarves, and related textile products.
• Prepare design proposals, mock-ups, and presentation visuals for internal review and approval.

Requirements:

Education

Experience

• Proven experience in designing patterns/prints for garments, hijabs, scarves, or related products is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

• To oversee reservation operations for CV2 Accommodation including OTA platforms, online booking channels, and Property Management System (PMS). The role ensures efficient handling of reservations, proper room inventory management, and provides operational support to the Front Office including guest check-in, check-out, booking creation, and payment transactions while working closely with the Front Office and Marketing teams to maximize room occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Requirements :

1) Reservation Management

• Manage all accommodation reservations including direct bookings, online bookings, and OTA channels to ensure accuracy, proper room allocation, and optimal occupancy levels.

2) OTA & Online Channel Management

• Administer OTA platforms and online booking channels by updating room inventory, rates, availability, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Department.

3) Property Management System (PMS) Administration

• Maintain accurate reservation records within the PMS including booking creation, modifications, cancellations, and reservation tracking.

4) Front Office Operational Support

• Perform Front Office duties when required including guest check-in, check-out, reservation creation, payment transactions, and responding to guest inquiries.

5) Inventory & Booking Monitoring

• Monitor room availability and booking trends to avoid overbooking and ensure proper utilization of accommodation units.

6) Guest Service & Issue Resolution

8) Weekly and Monthly Reporting

9) Cross Department Coordination

About the job

The opening is a full time permanent position at junior executive level. Reporting to Senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams.  

The main purpose of the positions is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in relevant aspects AR and AP of accounting functions such as purchase and sales ledger maintenance, processing invoices, supplier reconciliation, bank reconciliation, inventory management and pricing. Syarikat ini beroperasi 5 hari seminggu, dari 9.30 pagi hingga 6.30 petang, Isnin-Jumaat.

Mengenai pekerjaan itu

Kekosongan jawatan ini adalah jawatan tetap sepenuh masa di peringkat eksekutif junior. Melapor kepada Eksekutif Akaun Kanan dan/atau Pengurus Kewangan, peranan ini akan bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan penyelarasan dan akaun belum terima.

Tujuan utama jawatan ini adalah untuk memberi bantuan dan sokongan kepada Pengurus Kewangan dalam aspek berkaitan AR dan AP bagi fungsi perakaunan seperti penyelenggaraan lejar pembelian dan jualan, pemprosesan invois, penyelarasan pembekal, penyelarasan bank, pengurusan inventori dan penetapan harga. Sebahagian daripada peranan dan tugas akan melaksanakan pengeposan maklumat perakaunan dalam sistem perakaunan.

Mengenai Calon

Calon untuk jawatan junior ini mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya kelayakan Sijil atau Diploma dalam Perakaunan/Penyimpanan Kira-kira. Calon hendaklah mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya satu atau dua tahun pengalaman perakaunan yang ideal dalam industri runcit. Dalam kes ini, graduan baru dengan Ijazah Sarjana Muda akan dipertimbangkan. Kemahiran Excel dan Matematik yang kukuh adalah penting untuk berjaya dalam peranan ini.

Ini merupakan peluang terbaik untuk calon perakaunan menimba pengalaman dan mengukuhkan diri dalam perniagaan runcit fesyen tinggi yang terkenal. Untuk dipertimbangkan bagi jawatan ini, calon mestilah mahir dalam Bahasa Inggeris lisan dan bertulis serta fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Cina/Mandarin.
